Prior to the chosen date, a provisional date of the 1st of July for the release of the NTA’s CSIR NET June 2024 session test calendar was also mentioned in NTA’s press release. NTA is going to organize the June session test from 25th July to 28th 2024 as per the revised schedule. The first version of the CSIR NET takes place from June 25 to 27, 2024, as scheduled in the previous notice but delays the National Test Agency to the lack of some logistics.
The admit card to the CSIR NET 2024 exam shall be released on the official website three days before the examination. The National Testing Agency, NTA, is the body that will soon issue the CSIR NET Admit Card 2024. The people who are willing to give their best will be the first group of participants who receive the OMR Sheet 2024. Candidates can now log on to the National Test Agency website in order to park their ongoing preparation.
New Dates
The New CSIR NET Exam Date June 2024 Session will be conducted on the 29th of June 2024, published by the National Testing Agency. Again, the NTA is going to conduct the CSIR NET 2024 June session test from 25 July to 27 July 2024. It was earlier notified that the test shall be conducted on June 25 to 27, 2024; however, now the National Test Agency has postponed the same due to some logistic issues. Three days prior to the exam, candidates will be informed about admit card verification through the official website. The National Testing Agency, NTA, will issue the Admit Card twice. This website, csirnet.nta.ac.in assures that once they log in with the right credentials, candidates will get their admit card for the CSIR NET exam. Candidates must carry the CSIR NET admit card and one valid photo identification card while visiting the examination centre.
CSIR NET 2024 Admit Card
The CSIR NET Admit Card 2024 shall be issued by the National Testing Agency three days before the date of examination. Candidates can download the CSIR NET admit card from the official website. The admit card mentions the various details of the Examination, such as the Examination center, Exam date, Time of Examination, etc. Candidates can download the admit card by following the steps below.

CSIR NET June 2024 Application Form
The NTA has released the Application Form together with CSIR NET 2024 Notification on 1st May 24. Registration and login to the official website through the required credentials might have been done regarding the application process of CSIR NET June 2024 till 27th May 24. CSIR NET 2024 Exam Pattern
The most integral part of the CSIR NET 2024 would remain the CSIR NET Exam Pattern 2024. The question paper shall be segmented into three parts: Part A, B, and C.
Part ‘A’ shall be common to all subjects. This part shall carry a test with maximum 20 questions of General Aptitude. The candidates will have to answer any 15 questions for two marks each. The total marks for this section shall be 30 out of 200.
The CSIR NET Part A contains questions on General Aptitude connected with teaching/research aptitude, reasoning ability, comprehension skills, divergent thinking, and general awareness of the candidates.
In the case of CSIR NET Part B and C, there are subject-based questions chosen by the candidate from the five following fields: Earth, Atmospheric, Ocean and Planetary Sciences; Chemical Sciences; Life Sciences; Mathematical Sciences; and Physical Sciences.
This test paper is of three hours duration
There are no breaks between any two parts
The question paper carries a weightage of 200 marks
Negative marking of 25 percent; in some parts, it is 33 percent for each wrong answer

The National Testing Agency has revised the dates for the examination for its smooth and efficient conduction. Now, the June session examinations take place from July 25 to 28, 2024, logistically adjusted.
